“NO HASSLE” RETURN POLICY

Our valuable customers can return merchandise with ease. See steps below.

All orders are thoroughly inspected before being shipped. All customers have 14 days from the shipping date to return or exchange merchandise. We encourage you to inspect the merchandise as soon as you receive it to ensure you have received the merchandise you ordered.

Before returning the merchandise, please send an email to par@pricedaboverubies3110.com , in the subject line type the word "return or exchange" whichever is applicable. In the body of the email include your name, phone number, order number, and brief reason for the return or exchange. A company representative will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your email.

To receive a full refund (excluding shipping cost), the customer must return the merchandise in the following manner:

• Within 14 days of the shipping date

• Merchandise must be undamaged

• Merchandise must be unused

• Company logo must be intact on the merchandise

Once we receive your returned merchandise, if a full refund (excluding shipping cost) is warranted we will reimburse the funds to the credit/debit card used at the time of the purchase. If the card has expired or is invalid, a company representative will contact you.

If the company shipped the wrong merchandise to the customer, the company will reimburse the customer for the return shipping cost once the merchandise is received in our distribution center and we will rush the correct merchandise to you.
